Implemented with light steel building technology, the Düzce Housing Project consists of modern housing solutions with different floor plans. Within the scope of the project, 138 m² single-storey, 241 m² double-storey, and 417 m² triple-storey houses were completed and delivered.
Standing out with its durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic architecture, the project combines the advantages of flexible design and long-lasting use offered by light steel housing systems. Designed in line with the modern lifestyle, these houses attract attention with their safe and comfortable structures.
